IMPACT has been the
leading innovator in personal safety training since 1971. The New England
office was founded in 1987 and is one of 17 IMPACT centers located in
major cities throughout the world.
The hallmark of the IMPACT training is that you practice your new skills in realistic situations with a trademarked padded instructor, the "Model Mugger." We teach you how to stay calm, focus and appropriately respond in the moment of fear or intimidation. The programs provide individuals with simple and effective personal safety solutions. All IMPACT trainings are designed for all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of physical abilities. The instructor teams have extensive experience in self-defense, education, and counseling.
